The Calgary location is Backtrack’s southern Alberta branch — and the home base of our Backtrack WVCO product division. You’ll find us in southeast Calgary on 64 Avenue SE, in the same city as CPKC’s Canadian headquarters, supplying and servicing railway tools and parts for Maintenance-of-Way crews, contractors, and rail operators across the region. It’s a full-service railway tool supply and repair centre, run by people who know the equipment and the territory.

We’re in southeast Calgary, easy to reach for crews and contractors working across the region. Standard hours are Monday to Friday — but if a gang is down on a weekend and needs supplies to keep working, call us. Our manager has been known to open the store on a Sunday to get a supervisor exactly what they needed. When the railroad can’t wait, we try not to either.

Calgary is home to CPKC’s Canadian headquarters, and our Calgary branch supports the Maintenance-of-Way crews, contractors, and rail operators working across CPKC’s network and southern Alberta. We also serve Calgary Transit’s rail operations. Being local to a Class 1 hub means we understand the pace, the standards, and the urgency this work runs on.
